Upgrade from Starter to Pro
Upgrading to Pro unlocks broadcast campaigns, the official WhatsApp Business API number, advanced analytics, and support for 5 languages.
Go to Settings → Plan & Billing
Click Settings in the sidebar, then select the Plan & Billing tab.
Click 'Upgrade to Pro'
Click the Upgrade to Pro button. A preview shows the additional features you will unlock and the price (₹999/month).
Enter payment details
Enter your card number, expiry, and CVV. Ferbz accepts Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, and UPI. Payment is processed securely via Razorpay.
Confirm the upgrade
Click 'Confirm upgrade'. Your account is upgraded immediately. No waiting, no approval process.
Connect your WABA number (optional)
Pro includes an official WhatsApp Business API number for broadcasts. To set it up, go to Settings → WhatsApp → WABA Setup and follow the 3-step guide. You can continue using your personal WhatsApp number for reminders and add WABA separately for campaigns.
PRO TIP
You are charged on a pro-rata basis for the days remaining in your current billing cycle. The next full month is charged on your usual billing date.
