Download invoices
Ferbz generates a GST-compliant invoice for every monthly payment. You can download any past invoice from the billing history.
Go to Settings → Plan & Billing
Click Settings in the sidebar, then Plan & Billing.
Scroll to Billing History
The Billing History table lists every payment with date, amount, plan, and status.
Click 'Download invoice'
Click the download icon in the row for any payment. The invoice downloads as a PDF immediately.
Invoice contents
Each invoice includes: Ferbz's GST number, your business name and address, invoice number, plan, amount, GST breakdown (18% GST on SaaS), and payment confirmation.
PRO TIP
Share invoices with your accountant monthly. The GST component on Ferbz subscriptions is claimable as input tax credit if your business is GST registered.
