Search and filter customer records
With hundreds of customers, finding the right one quickly is important. Ferbz supports search by name, phone number, medicine, and tag.
Use the search bar
Click the search bar at the top of the Customers screen (or press / on a keyboard). Type a customer's name or phone number. Results appear instantly as you type.
Filter by status
Use the status filter to show: All, Due today, Overdue, Recently returned, or Archived. Combine with the search bar to narrow results further.
Filter by tag
Click 'Filter → Tag' and select a tag such as 'diabetic' or 'BP customer'. Only customers with that tag are shown.
Filter by upcoming follow-up date
Click 'Filter → Follow-up date' and select a date range (e.g. next 7 days). This shows customers whose reminders will fire in that window.
Sort the list
Click any column header to sort: Name (A–Z), Last follow-up (newest first), or Next due (soonest first). Soonest-first is most useful for daily work.
PRO TIP
For a quick lookup during a counter visit, search by the first 4 digits of the customer's phone number if you do not remember the name.
