Add a customer manually
Adding a customer manually is the quickest way to get started. It takes about 30 seconds per customer.
Go to Customers → Add Customer
Click 'Customers' in the sidebar, then 'Add Customer' in the top right.
Enter the customer's name and phone number
Name is displayed on reminder messages. Phone number must include the country code (e.g. +91 for India). This is the WhatsApp number the reminder goes to.
Add their medicine and follow-up interval
Enter the medicine name (e.g. Metformin 500mg) and select how many days a supply lasts. 28 days is the default for most chronic medicines. You can add multiple medicines per customer.
Select their language preference
Choose Hindi, English, Marathi, Telugu, or Kannada. Reminders are sent in this language using the template for that language.
Save the customer
Click 'Save'. Ferbz creates the customer record and schedules the first reminder based on today's date plus the interval you set.
PRO TIP
Add a note (e.g. 'diabetic, Dr. Mehta's customer') to help staff identify the customer quickly in the queue.
