Reading your retention dashboard
The retention dashboard shows you the health of your business's customer base at a glance. It answers the question: are you keeping your customers, or slowly losing them?
Open Analytics → Retention
Click Analytics in the sidebar, then select the Retention tab. The dashboard loads data for the current calendar month by default.
Understand Follow-up Rate
Follow-up Rate = (customers who returned this month) ÷ (customers who were due this month). A rate above 65% is healthy. Below 45% means customers are slipping away faster than you are realising.
Understand Recovered Follow-ups
Recovered Follow-ups = customers who were overdue, received a reminder, and then came in. This is direct revenue attributed to Ferbz reminders.
Understand Inactive Customers
Inactive = customers who have not returned in 90+ days. This list is your reactivation target. Export it and run a broadcast campaign to bring them back.
Read the monthly trend chart
The chart at the top shows Follow-up Rate over the last 6 months. An upward trend confirms your retention programme is working. A flat or downward trend requires investigation — check if reminder delivery is failing or intervals are misconfigured.
PRO TIP
Review the retention dashboard on the first Monday of each month. 15 minutes of analysis followed by one targeted action (a reactivation campaign or interval correction) compounds into significant revenue improvement over 6 months.
