Connect your WhatsApp Business number
Ferbz sends reminders from your own WhatsApp Business number. No API registration required for the Starter plan — just scan a QR code once.
Install WhatsApp Business on your phone
Download WhatsApp Business from the Play Store (Android) or App Store (iOS) if you have not already. Use your business's phone number — not your personal number.
Go to Settings → WhatsApp in Ferbz
Open your Ferbz dashboard on a computer or tablet. Navigate to Settings → WhatsApp Connection.
Scan the QR code
In WhatsApp Business on your phone: tap the three-dot menu (⋮) → Linked Devices → Link a Device. Point your camera at the QR code shown in Ferbz.
Confirm the connection
Ferbz shows 'Connected ✓' with your phone number once the link is established. This usually takes 5–10 seconds.
Send a test message
Click 'Send test message' and enter your own WhatsApp number. You should receive a reminder-format message within 30 seconds.
PRO TIP
The session stays connected permanently — you never need to re-scan unless you unlink it manually or reset your phone.
